Rang the restaurant at 17:20pm (didn't open until 17:30) they answered the phone and informed me they delivered and took my order straight away. The gentlemen on the phone was very helpful and friendly. The food arrived by the time he stated, which was 18:10pm. The food was piping hot and absolutely beautiful!! They delivered direct to our caravan on Withernsea sands resort the lady who delivered it was lovely. 100% recommend! We had chicken chaat on puree, onion bhajis (4) lamb massala, chicken korma (mild), tandoori mixed grill with a madras sauce extra, plain and onion pilau, Plain and keema Naans (2x chicken nuggets and chips for the kids which were huge portions) 5 poppadoms, 2 pickle trays 84

We Visted This Restaurant Whilst On A Break At A Caravan Park Called Sand Le Maire (FYI Complete Waste Of Money ) However, The Highlight Of The Week Break Was This Restaurant. They Serve A Bangladeshi Cusine & The Food We Ordered Was Exceptional. Service Was Quick & Efficient. Menu Had Many Dishs To Offer. The Portions & Prices Charged Was Reasonable Too. Having Visited Many Restaurants Up & Down The Country In Most Major Cities I Was Very Suprised & Taken Aback By The Standard Of The Food Served. This Place Is Truely A Hidden Jem. The Owners Who Are Two Brothers From Hull Should Be Very Proud. If I Remember Correctly Our Server Was Saif (One Of The Owners) Who Looked After All Our Needs, Thank You The Locals Are Really Fortunate To Have Such A Quality Restaurant On Their Doorstep. I Recommend The Mix Grill For Sure. Overall For Us Its Definitely 5 Stars!

First visit and very pleased. Food was great, both our curries were very tasty. Service was polite and friendly and after our meal when we couldn't find a taxi they came to the rescue. We are already planning another visit to Withernsea next year and The Bengal Lancer will be our first choice for a meal.

Had a takeaway curry tonight and the tikka massala was very tasty, the rice was cooked just perfect, well done to the chef, we will be going there again, next visit.

My husband took me here as a birthday treat. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing. Speaking as someone who grew up in the midlands, Indian food was a favourite of mine. I have eaten in many Indian restaurants, and this one was just as good. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it.

We've eaten here on a night before but not been during the day. Its a different menu thru the day and we had a lovely meal. Absolutely recommend this place. Food and service is bang on

On holiday from Durham north east of the country and believe me we like a good Indian takeaway up north. Rang order in at 19:30 for delivery for 21:00 came bang on time and was piping hot the bad reviews on here make no sense to me so don’t believe them food was stunning 5

I persuaded my other half to go in here to Try something different for lunch. Thank goodness! It is absolutely delicious. The food we had was stunning. I had a shami plate. Which is mashed beef, chickpeas with herbs and spices. Shaped into Patti cakes. So yummy. It came with paratha and a mixture of chopped veg. My other half had cheddar and honey mustard pannani. This paninni is so much better than the run of the mill ones from a cafe. You can see from the photos. In the late afternoon and evening it changes to a curry restaurant. The prices are excellent and I feel a beautiful curry calling me. The staff are quick to help and believe me , the young lad on the front desk does an excellent coffee. The restaurant is clean and inviting. If you haven't been , you are missing out. Or you don't know what you are missing and you really should. Enjoy.
